Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the jjjj88 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at jjjj88.cam.
• "Account" refers to the registered member account created by a Player on the jjjj88 Platform.
• "Player Balance" refers to the aggregate of deposited funds, winnings, and bonus credits held in a Player's Account.
• "Bonus Credits" refers to promotional funds credited by jjjj88 to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that licenses and supervises jjjj88's operations.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

Eligibility & Registration

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on jjjj88, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter binding contracts under Philippine law;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of jjjj88 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of such persons;
• Not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the jjjj88 Platform or any PAGCOR-licensed gambling platform;
• Agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information.

jjjj88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity and age at any time. Accepted Philippine government-issued IDs include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, Passport, Driver's License, PRC ID, and Voter's ID. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

Account Rules

The following rules govern your jjjj88 Account at all times:

• One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active Account. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether directly or through a third party — is strictly prohibited.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jjjj88 will never ask for your password. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been carried out by you.
• Accurate Information: You must ensure that all personal information on your Account is accurate and kept up to date. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Non-Transferability: Accounts, Player Balances, and Bonus Credits are personal to the registered Account holder and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned to any third party.
• Account Inactivity: Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be deemed inactive. jjjj88 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts after prior notification. Remaining balances will be preserved for a period of no less than three (3) years.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting jjjj88 support. Any verified withdrawable balance at the time of closure will be processed via your registered withdrawal method.

Deposits & Withdrawals

jjjj88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved Philippine payment channels, including GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency channels.

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction via e-wallet channels. Minimum amounts for bank transfer channels are ₱500 or as displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposit Processing: E-wallet deposits (GCash, Maya) are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers may take 15–60 minutes depending on the issuing bank.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to Accounts that have completed KYC verification. Unverified Accounts may deposit and wager but cannot withdraw.
• Withdrawal Processing: Verified GCash and Maya withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 banking days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal Restrictions: Bonus Credits are not directly withdrawable. Only winnings derived from bonus wagering that meet the applicable Wagering Requirement are eligible for withdrawal. jjjj88 reserves the right to request documentation before processing large withdrawals.
• Anti-Money Laundering: All deposits and withdrawals are subject to jjjj88's AML compliance program as required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law. jjjj88 reserves the right to suspend or delay transactions pending AML review.

Bonuses & Promotions

jjjj88 may offer various promotions, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free-bet credits from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. jjjj88 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Only one promotion may be active per Account at a time, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated for each promotion. Unused bonus funds that expire are forfeited without compensation.
• jjjj88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted and in progress.
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordination with other Players to exploit bonus structures, or irregular betting patterns — will result in forfeiture of bonuses and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account termination.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on jjjj88 are governed by the rules established by the respective game provider (including but not limited to JILI Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, and Playtech) and by PAGCOR certification requirements. In the event of any conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail with respect to Account, payment, and Platform matters.

• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or system error that renders the outcome of a game round indeterminate, jjjj88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
• Wager Finality: Once a game round has commenced and the outcome has been determined by the game system, the result is final. No claims based on Player error will be accepted after a round is settled.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed within each game interface. These limits may vary by game, table, and Player tier. jjjj88 reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.
• Game Availability: jjjj88 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any particular game. Games may be withdrawn, modified, or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, licensing changes, or provider decisions.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jjjj88 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances derived from such conduct, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game;
• Colluding with other Players or jjjj88 employees to manipulate game outcomes or bonus structures;
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment instruments for deposits;
• Engaging in any activity that jjjj88 reasonably determines constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jjjj88 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

Responsible Gaming

jjjj88 complies with PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming framework and provides the following player protection tools on every registered Account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on how long you can play in a single session.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of 24 hours to 30 days without the ability to override the restriction during the active period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a long-term or permanent Account closure for responsible gaming purposes. Self-exclusions are irrevocable for the duration selected and cannot be reversed upon request during the exclusion period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jjjj88 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, video, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of jjjj88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, publication, or exploitation of Platform content for any purpose other than personal use is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of jjjj88.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jjjj88, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from Player error, including incorrect bets, wagers placed on the wrong game, or failure to read applicable game rules;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party payment provider outages beyond jjjj88's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account as a result of your failure to maintain secure login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jjjj88's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, Account balance, transaction, or any other matter relating to your use of the jjjj88 Platform, you must:

1. Contact jjjj88 support in the first instance, providing full details of the dispute including relevant transaction IDs, game round references, and timestamps;
2. Allow jjjj88 a reasonable period of up to fourteen (14) calendar days to investigate and respond to your dispute;
3. If unsatisfied with jjjj88's resolution, escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels, as jjjj88 operates under PAGCOR's jurisdiction and oversight.

During the investigation of any active dispute, jjjj88 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on the relevant portion of the Player's Account Balance pending resolution.

Amendments to These Terms

jjjj88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via Account notification or email to the registered address at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate changes are required by PAGCOR directive, applicable law, or urgent security considerations.

Your continued use of the jjjj88 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 3 of these Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines with respect to any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms, without prejudice to PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction over licensed gaming operations.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
