Cross-Border Data Transfers

• Limiting cross-border transfers to jurisdictions whose laws provide a level of data protection substantially equivalent to that provided by Philippine law, or where appropriate contractual safeguards have been put in place;
• Disclosing cross-border transfer arrangements to the NPC where required.

Amendments to This Policy

jjjj88 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, or NPC guidance. Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to registered Players via account notification or email to the registered address at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended Policy takes effect.

The date of the most recent update is indicated at the top of this Policy. Your continued use of jjjj88.cam after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated Policy. If any amendment is unacceptable to you, you may request account closure in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
